Gendex eHD Digital Imaging
With Gendex Digital Imaging, we are able to eliminate the use of standard film radiographic technology. Digital radiography captures clear, precise, high-resolution digital radiographs, which allows us to make accurate, precise, and confident diagnoses for every patient. These digital images can now be stored in electronic patient charts, which allows our office to quickly and efficiently document your digital x-rays.
Gendex CB-500
The compact size and relatively low radiation dosage of the Cone Beam CT scanner makes it ideally suited for imaging the craniofacial region, including dental structures. With the increasing accessibility of Cone Beam CT imaging, this modality is emerging as the imaging "standard of care" for a number of diagnostic assessments of the bony components of the face.
Anatomage InVivo Software
In combination with our Cone Beam 3-D Imaging system, InVivo provides accurate and comprehensive information about each patient's anatomy. This removes the need to speculate about the patient's anatomy as the 3-D imaging system helps create a digital model of your mouth, allowing us to produce an exact replica going into surgery. InVivo can be used to clearly communicate the intended treatment options to the patients, giving them a visual of the entire dental procedure. By incorporating InVivo in our case planning, we are able to provide more predictable results as well as reducing the surgical time for our patients. InVivo can also contribute to the simplifying of the implant placement process. By creating a SurgiGuide, we are now able to construct a custom surgical guide, which is generated through the 3-D imaging system that gives us an exact replica of your mouth.
Diagnodent
DIAGNOdent aids in the detections of cavities. DIAGNOdent has the great advantage of detecting cavities in the very early stage by measuring the laser fluroescence within the tooth structure. This enables us to protect and preserve tooth structure, give us an objective benchmark to measure change at each appointment, and sometimes detect cavities that may have otherwise been overlooked. It also gives precise results without x-ray exposure.
