APPOINTMENTS:
Our office is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are pleased to schedule a time which is specifically reserved for your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When patients give the office advanced notice of their need to re-schedule a reserved appointment, this valuable time can be allocated to other patients, in need of urgent treatment. This courtesy allows the needs of all our patients to be best served. We kindly request 48 hours of notice for any scheduling changes that you may require.
DENTAL INSURANCE & PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We are happy to bill your insurance carrier, if applicable, and assist you in realizing this third-party financial benefit. Financial arrangements will be made with our financial consultant, Michelle. Since coverage varies among different dental insurance policies, we will provide you with written estimates to ensure complete financial clarity. You will always have full control and will be informed prior to any changes to your treatment plan.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, and Discover). We also endorse the third party dental financing company CareCredit, who provides excellent terms and reasonable rates.
